Our dedicated volunteers rolled up their sleeves and spent the day loading a 53′ semi full of donated items – prefab chicken coops, school desks, shoes/clothing, metal clad doors, prefab single/bunk beds, dressers, storage cabinets, bookcases, etc.
While our primary mission is focused on providing housing and education in Central Kenya, we are always looking for ways to maximize the impact of the generosity of our supporters. That is why we are honored to partner with Orphan Grain Train (OGT) for this type of opportunity!
OGT assists in disaster relief efforts here in the USA as well as 72 other countries around the world. Because of their extensive logistics network, the supplies our volunteers loaded will soon be on their way to families facing severe hardship in Ukraine, Liberia, and right here in the USA.
